Small Farm Local Organics

Local Neighborhood Farming

Nothing tastes as good as a fresh picked carrot, pepper or tomato. Our vegetables get to stay in the ground and on their vines until it’s time to harvest. We proudly use only the most current organic farming methods to ensures that you, your families and guests are getting the most nutritious dense and tasty veggie’s possible.

Perma-what?

It simply makes sense when you get under the word Permaculture. At it’s root it means gardening or farming in a way that is harmonious with the natural habitat. That means, planting seeds that will grow naturally and well in their given climate,  grouping plants that support one another and the soil and rotating crops to support the soil regenerating for future, strong plant growth. Even understanding how to choose plants that encourage our bees and naturally ward off nasty pests is part of this sustainable farming method.

Having a commitment to permaculture methodologies helps our earth produce the nutritious, delicious vegetables our bodies crave and need.

Fun and Learning for All

We love learning and are committed to providing fun, informative, educational community classes and events for our neighbors.  From spending a day with a farmer (and of course our sweet pups), to botanicals, learning about how important our bees are or a harvest day celebration, we’re so excited to share our love for farming with all interested! Be sure to get registered for our mailing list to learn more of upcoming events!

Get Fresh Produce Weekly

Our small family farm is designed to feed our community.

We’re, what is known as, a CSA which stands for Community Supported Agriculture. CSA’s allow city residents and businesses to have direct access to high quality, fresh produce grown locally by regional farmers. When you become a member of a CSA, you’re purchasing a “share” of vegetables from a regional farmer (aka – Royal Hills Farm).

In essence, we have a partnership. Our members commit to a share of our growing season in advance of our planting, and we supply freshly harvested, tasty, nutritious dense, seasonal vegetables.
