I’m Ling, owner and operator of Royal Hills Farm . We began on a 5-acre organic farm tucked into the rolling hills of Virginia. Back then, we grew heirloom vegetables with heart and hustle—driven by a passion for sustainable agriculture, community-supported farming, and feeding people well.
Today, that same mission has taken root in the heart of Oakland, California, where we’ve transformed from rural to urban farming with the same care and intention. From our garage-based microgreens grow room to raised beds and container gardens, we’re proving that you don’t need a lot of land to grow something meaningful.
At Royal Hills Farm, we’re all about making fresh, nutrient-dense food more accessible—whether you’re enjoying our weekly microgreens deliveries or learning how to grow your own harvest at home. This is more than just farming; it’s a movement to inspire neighbors, empower new growers, and grow abundance in every corner of our community.
One tray. One plant. One neighbor at a time.
To empower and educate urban growers by showing that fresh, nutrient dense food can grow and thrive anywhere not with acres of land, but with creativity, care, and community.
Urban Roots. Royal Harvest!
